KeyPoint Stays provides professional short-let property management services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Consultations
Free consultations are provided at no charge and therefore are not subject to refunds.
If a paid consultation is introduced in the future, cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Service Fees
Fees for our services are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:

Setup fees and initial service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Ongoing management fees are charged in accordance with the agreed service terms

Cancellations
Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual service agreement.
Where no minimum term applies, notice requirements and any applicable fees will be clearly explained before services begin.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by UK consumer law.
